Pablo Ancarola, Field Support Tech, has been with Cenetric for 10 years. In his role, Pablo works primarily with one of Cenetric’s largest clients, handling a little bit of everything for them and traveling to their sites often. 

Pablo comes to Cenetric from Argentina, where he previously managed a video-game website. In 2023, he became a U.S. citizen after a process that took several years to complete.   

“I grew up in Argentina watching American movies, and thanks to my job at Cenetric, I’ve gotten to visit a lot of this beautiful country,” Pablo said. “I love this country. To me, it’s the best place in the world, and I can’t really put in words how beyond grateful and blessed I am that I was allowed to become a citizen and form a family and future here.”

What’s your favorite aspect of your work?

Thanks to Cenetric, I’ve been able to build a life, travel to a lot of cool places and meet a lot of interesting people.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Cenetric?

At Cenetric, we care for one another. If someone falls from their horse, there’s a few people helping them get back on it.

Got any funny customer stories?  

You’d be surprised how many people that don’t know their laptop has a latch to close their camera. They press it without knowing, and then they think their webcam is broken.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

We like to play pickleball and disc golf, we enjoy playing board games, and our daughter, Lily, has a lot of activities she needs to get to. We keep busy.

What’s your favorite Kansas City restaurant? 

For anyone visiting Kansas City, I would recommend Jack Stack, Joe’s KC or The Melting Pot, There’s a lot of good food options.

What’s your favorite Kansas City place to go?

There’s a lot of nice places to visit — Union Station and the Overland Park Arboretum and Botanical Garden are really nice. We have a pretty good zoo as well.
