Running a growing business isn’t easy, but being recognized in our community always makes it fun. On June 17, we had the chance to attend the 2025 Small Business Celebration Awards Luncheon, hosted by the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, and honor some of the small businesses that make KC a great place to be.
After a rigorous selection process, Cenetric was named one of the 2025 Greater KC Chamber of Commerce Top 10 Small Businesses of the Year. Though we didn’t ultimately win the Mr. K award, our whole team was thrilled to be among the finalists.
The Mr. K Small Business of the Year award winner, Resolve Counseling, is a woman-owned mental health practice that offers therapy and wellness services to individuals, couples and families. Congratulations to founder Amber Reed and the whole Resolve team!
At the luncheon, the Mr. K award was announced, and several other businesses were honored in separate categories:

- Legacy of Kansas City Award: Taliaferro & Browne
- Weida Award for International Small Business of the Year: Bestway International
- Small Business Equity Award: Café Corazón
- Luminary Arts & Creative Small Business Award: Complex Flavors Home + Life
These winners represent some of the most innovative businesses in the region, and we’re honored to be in the Chamber’s Top 10 with them.
